How is VIATechnik bringing automation and data into the forefront of design? Through generative design, our firm is helping stakeholders find the best solution for design problems - from revenue and impact maximization to cost minimization. On this project for a large real estate developer, VIATechnik worked with the developer's leadership team to find a solution that maximizes the opportunity based on site conditions and regulations. Through integrating Grasshopper and Airtable, VIATechnik tracked simulation iterations and optimized the algorithm to deliver better answers faster and remove the black box nature of generative design.
