What is the 62nd ISI World Statistics Congress 2019 proceeding?

The proceeding is a very significant milestone of the congress. It is a compilation of papers presented during the congress in Invited Paper Sessions (IPS), Special Topic Sessions (STS) and Contributed Paper Sessions (CPS). Having received the consent for publication from its authors, the proceeding is then published in fourteen (14) volumes comprising 728 papers.

The published papers encompass various topics and disciplines received from across the world representing both developed and developing nations. The proceeding is a way to engage with leading edge research prior to official journal publication as well as initiate new ideas, concepts and techniques in areas which are not fully developed.

It is also a catalyst for new research on topics of interest and creates new connections between researchers and institutions. Furthermore, the proceeding adds value to the presenter in terms of recognition and engagement in the scientific community, particularly within the statistics community.
