crazy dog several times in a row of land, fence and swings in a children's playground

After being brutally beaten by a woman in a children's playground after being struck several times by fence, swings and earth, probably believing he died, in fact just passed out, the baby Been thrown in the dumpster in two bags. The kids heard his scream of agony and pulled him out of the dumpster, at which point I was called to help.

He has head trauma, possible spine fracture and is currently blind at the moment (I hope) Luckily, he had no internal bleeding...
