Singapore reports five new cases, four linked to new cluster at SAFRA Jurong On March 5, a new COVID-19 cluster was confirmed in Singapore. Four of five new patients are connected to a private dinner function at SAFRA Jurong on Feb 15. The cluster includes four previous cases. The other new case is an imported one -- a 42-year-old Frenchman and Singapore work pass holder who arrived on a Turkish Airlines flight from Istanbul. He reported the onset of symptoms during the flight on March 3. In the past month, he had been to France, Portugal and Britain. Singapore has a total of 117 cases, and 81 people have recovered so far.
