Imagine (Solo Cover) - A Sense of Peace During Troubling Times

Thirty nine years ago yesterday (December 8, 1980), a senseless act of violence took one of the greatest creative geniuses of our time, John Lennon. In a time of seemingly daily acts of violence against one another, it was comforting for me to sit back on the anniversary of Lennon's death to remember the message of peace he tried so desperately to convey to mankind.
This solo guitar rendition of John Lennon's "Imagine" is based on an arrangement played by Tommy Emmanuel and is in honor and remembrance of our fallen prophet. R.I.P. John.
