MSI Prestige 15 Unboxing: Best for Content Creators?

This is the unboxing, specs overview, and first impressions of the MSI Prestige 15 SC laptop. It's the latest ultrabook from the Taiwanese manufacturer, intended for content creators. However, it can also be a good option for Civil Engineers and Architect.

The MSI Prestige 15 is available in 2 variants: One with FullHD display and the other with the 4K panel. You can only buy the FullHD panel version in Nepal and it is priced at Rs. 179,000 (US$1400 in the US). It is powered by Intel's 10th gen i7 U-processor and NVIDIA GTX 1650 MaxQ GPU with 4GB of DDR6 VRAM. It's a rather strange choice as we normally don't see U-processor in a 15.6-inch ultrabook intended for video-editing and occasional gaming. This 10th gen U-CPU sports 6 cores, but only has 15W TDP. So, performance could be an issue. However, the U-processor is extremely energy efficient, so the 82W battery will provide an excellent battery life.

Talking about the display, the FullHD panel has 73% ADOBE RGB, so it's fairly color-accurate. However, we would have liked the 4K panel as it has 100% ADOBE RGB. The MSI Prestige 15 has an aluminum body that feels premium and well-built. It is also very thin and light, making it a perfect choice for travel vloggers. The MSI Prestige 15 will go head-to-head with XPS 15 and Macbook Pro 15, which are more expensive than what MSI is asking for this one.
