Orion rising: very short test sequence using a Vixen Polarie

Orion rising: very short test sequence using a Vixen Polarie The Vixen Polarie is a compact and light star tracking device made for use with a camera and lens. Properly aligned it will track the stars, allowing you to take longer period exposures without stars trailing.

This is a sequence of 30 second exposures taken every two minutes. It tracks the constellation of Orion as it rises in the east from behind a house and some trees.
