This is a real issue amongst amateur golfers, especially with the driver when distance is often the goal. Too much tension in the grip, the arms, shoulders and this all runs through to the rest of the body, the result, a rushed, jerky swing with no rhythm or power.
The good news is there are some pretty simple fixes for this which you can take straight to the course for immediate results.
Chris Ryan shows you 2 methods of eliminating this with one focusing on set up and the other an in swing change.
