Nonverbal Autism Progress - Focusing On Accomplishments Not The Setbacks

Braylee started off the day with a surprise for us. She is non verbal with very limited words. She does not have a way to tell us how her loose tooth feels. Later in the day, she surprised us again with a new word. She is making progress with the aid of her speaking device. She also had a 2 hour long meltdown. It was one of the rough ones, but we were able to put it behind us and still have a great day. Oh, and we got out in the snow. #autism #weefam
