Online voting? E voting is allowed in U.S. Seattle, Washington

Online voting or mobile voting is now available for everyone in one of Seattle's counties. This is the first time in the United States where everyone registered to vote, in a population over 1 million people, will be able to vote through their phones. Will this be good for democracy?
