Stopping juvenile arsonists before they begin | ABC News

Western Australia's Department of Fire and Emergency Services is running a program aimed at tackling the problem of young firebugs, showing them the consequences of arson in the hope it will stop them before they head down a darker, and perhaps criminal, path.
