We're Coming Back Part 9 The Results Real Life Weight Loss The Wittings scales Well I started this eating plan 2 weeks ago and lost 10 lbs in the first week. This week I have provided a series of videos documenting exactly what I have eaten so you can see the changes by me going onto a Vegetarian, Dairy Free and Carb Free eating plan to reverse my type 2 Diabetes, fatty liver and to repair my body without the use of medication. This week see me losing another 5 lbs and that means I have lost over a Stone in 2 weeks.

There has been no exercise apart from normal walking around, this is purely a change of diet. The ache I had in my side below my right rib cage has gone after months, I have no more aching joints, I have loads more energy, My sleep is so much better, I have clarity and energy where before I was sluggish and unmotivated to do stuff and I have no interest in eating refined rubbish and no food cravings.
My blood sugar has reduced significantly where before it has been elevated for nearly a year. I will continue to document this journey for you by recording a monthly update.

This is a real life scenario and I hope it helps others cut through all the rubbish out there.
