One of the strongest builds I've played om 3.9, the Fireball Mine is an amazing clear & bossing skill. Works on a budget and can reach even higher damage if you go low life with further upgrades! Leveling can be done with Arc Mines until Dying Sun Flask at Lv68. Annointment: Whispers of Doom because of Double Curse OR Counterweight if you go single curse.
