কে এম সবুজ, একজন বনসাই শিল্পী, একজন সফল উদোক্তা। তার নামটি যেমন সবুজ তেমনি এই নামের প্রতি সুবিচার করে প্রকৃতির সবুজকে ভালোবেসে গত ২ দশক ধরে যুক্ত আছেন বনসাই শিল্পের সাথে। তিনি অনেক বছর আগে শখ করে ১০০ টাকায় ৪টি তেতুলগাছ কিনে শুরু করেন এই বনসাই শিল্পের চর্চা। গাজীপুরের কোনাবাড়িতে ২বিঘা জমি ও ২টি ভবনের ছাদে গড়ে তুলেছেন বনসাইয়ের বাগান। ছোট বড় মিলে বিভিন্ন প্রজাতির প্রায় ২০ হাজার বনসাই রয়েছে তার সংগ্রহে। এমন উদ্যোগে নিজে যেমন স্বাবলম্বী হয়েছেন সেই সাথে কয়েকজনকে সুযোগ করে দিয়েছেন কর্মসংস্থানের। বনসাই নিয়ে তার হয়েছে ৯ টি যৌথ প্রদর্শনী ও ৫ টি একক প্রদর্শনী। বনসাই শিল্পে অবদানের জন্য তিনি পেয়েছেন দেশে ও বিদেশে অসংখ্য সম্মাননা। এর মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য ২০১৯ সালে জাতীয় পুরস্কার গ্রহণ করেন প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কাছ থেকে। কে এম সবুজ জানান ১৯৯৬ সালে যে ৪টি গাছ দিয়ে যাত্রা শুরু করেছেন বর্তমানে সেখানে এখন রয়েছে ২০হাজারটি গাছ এবং যার বাজার মূল্য ১০০ টাকা থেকে বেড়ে এখন দাড়িয়েছে প্রায় ১ কোটি টাকার মত। আজকের পর্বে দেখবেন গুটি কলমের মাধ্যমে একটি গাছ থেকে আর একটি গাছে বংশ বৃদ্ধি । Please subscribe my channel :
