How to make the most juicy and moist meatballs ever! Pour the water over the meatballs and wait 10 minutes. The result is so juicy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS

350 g pork mince 350 beef mince 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp chopped parsley 2 eggs 1 tbsp oil ½ cup breadcrumbs ½ cup milk 80 g grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp salt 100g flour 2 stock cubes Oil for frying 1 tbsp butter

 

METHOD



Mix the two minced meats in a bowl, add eggs, oil and mix. Add breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic and mix.

Form meatballs and cover with flour.

Pour oil into a pan with butter, add the meatballs and fry until golden. Add water and two stock cubes. Cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens.

Serve with mashed potato.
