LRT-2 update: 'Partial' operations could resume as early as May | DZMM

The stations could operate earlier than the 9-month estimate due to early procurement of materials but will not be at full capacity, spokesperson of Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) Hernando Cabrera told DZMM radio.
