Police parades impersonators, urges general public to be vigilant

The Rwanda National Police has called on the citizens to avoid shortcuts while asking for any service, because such things may lead them into financial loss and even crime.
This was said today as the Rwanda National Police paraded individuals who pretended to be Policemen in order to steal from people.
