to treating all students affected by the coronavirus outbreak, and the consequential travel bans, with "compassion, clarity and care".

Ms Jackson stressed the importance of conveying “really clear information” to students during what has been “a difficult and stressful situation for everyone”.

In response to the travel ban on Chinese students, many Australian universities have offered more online option and have deferred any penalty for students who wish to start in second semester.
