Supersport is term used for a bike which is optimised at maximum possible level to have lowest weight, sharpest aerodynamics, highest power output from small engine, crazy high revving engines are needed to make high power from low displacement. The bikes which checks these boxes are called supersports and there are very few left now. One of those handful is legendary Yamaha R6.
