St. Joseph's Indian School President: 'Our philosophy is, every kid has ability'

Mike Tyrell, president of the governing board for St. Joseph’s Indian School gives a brief description of the school’s philosophy toward teaching Native American students and provides some examples of how the school’s small class sizes help support learning. One of the biggest advantages the school has, Tyrell says, is an ability to provide special education services to a broader range of students than public schools can.
