Since meeting with a dietitian for the first time, I'm changing to a PCOS diet that will hopefully help me in getting pregnant. It's important to me to stay body positive and not fall into unhealthy weight loss fads, so I'm focusing on healthy foods that fuel my body, and meal planning from my nutritionist's diet advice.
