Singapore's economy, society still have to function despite Wuhan virus: President Halimah Yacob

President Halimah Yacob said Singapore's economy and society should not be brought to a standstill, just because of the novel coronavirus. She was speaking at the Chingay appreciation lunch on Feb 3, attended by 50 guests, including stakeholders, performers and volunteers. Mdm Halimah also praised the organisers for a successful parade, despite the implementation of precautionary health measures such as temperature screening.
