Hi guys, happy Sunday. So today's temperature started around 64 degrees and increased to 67 degrees. Those temperatures are on the warmer side as I've been getting temperatures in the lower 60's lately. It was good to know that my body is tolerating those higher temperatures compared to when I started doing this in January. It's another week and I hope to continue as usual.
